• Contestants that are paid up IG Tour Members, can pre-book/reserve spots in the events of the series of their choice.


• The standard entry fee for professionals is 280 Euros and 150 Euros for amateurs per event selected.


• Once the events of your choice have been selected, email/fax this document to the IG Tour Office, who will confirm your reservation in the events of your choice as a Member within 10 working days.


• 10 days before the start of the 1st Series of the IG Tour, until the 29th October 2009, the Tour Office will contact each Member to reconfirm the events booked.


• Members Only, can exercise the Early Entry Fee Payment option - all tournament entries for a Series (3 tourn. in Series 1; and 5 tourn. in Series 2 and 3) paid 10 days before the start of the first tournament of that Series, are subject to a 10% discount, 252 Euros instead of 280 Euros per event.


• Members that reserve spots, but opt for the standard 280 Euro entry fee On-Site, will be able to pay entry fees on the practice day of each event until 13H00 at the tournament office.


• Members that opt for On-Site entry payment will appear on each tournament entry list with an ® for Reserved next to their names.


• Members that choose the Early Entry Fee Payment option will appear with a © for Confirmed next to their names.


• All Members will be informed bi-monthly of the status of entries for all events.


• On all comunications, transfers, payments, please always quote your Membership number in order to help us trace and locate any of these operations.
